Dallas Area Cultural Advocacy Coalition
MISSION:
The Dallas Area Cultural Advocacy Coalition (DACAC) is a coalition of artists and arts organizations who have joined together to support and defend arts funding on a local, state and national level, and to work to resolve important issues that affect arts and cultural organizations. DACAC provides a voice and representation for the arts community in the public forum.

• Ensure bond funding for arts facilities in upcoming Bond Election
• TABC rules put arts organizations at risk – Options to remedy problems
• Sunset Commission Recommendations for Texas Commission on the Arts
• Create strategic partnerships with other organizations such as Texans for the Arts, Texas Restaurant Assoc., etc.
• Marketing for small arts organizations and individual artists
• Defining Best Practices for nonprofit Arts organizations
